Erika Lavinia, Senior Display Director of Anthropolgie

Erika Lavinia is the Senior Display Director of Anthropologie, a global lifestyle brand which specializes in apparel, accessories, intimates, home furniture, décor, and beauty. From its bold beginnings in 1992, Anthropologie has been redefining the retail landscape with an artful approach: magically immersive spaces that invite customers to wander, explore, and be inspired. Creativity and artistry are woven into the fabric of the brand, and imaginative window concepts, designs, and visual theatrics have always epitomized the true spirit of Anthropologie.

For nearly two decades, Erika has been integral in bringing these one-of-a-kind creations to life. Starting as a Display Coordinator in Boston after she graduated from college where she studied graphic design and painting, and eventually moving to join the home office team at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia. Today, Erika leads the display team and oversees the execution of all window displays in all of Anthropologie’s 200+ store locations. Erika is responsible for leading the vision, ideation, execution, and creation of all display concepts and creating innovative campaigns that appeal to all senses, creating an inviting escape through handmade, sustainably crafted masterpieces.
