Project Life Week 9
Im sharing week 9 today and this was one of my favorite weeks of the year and my least favorite PL spreads. Sigh. This week had too many pictures and too many big events. Which I have no idea why I'm complaining, next week I'll complain about not enough pictures and a boring week. My issue is that too much goodness happened and I couldn't get it all in the way I wanted! The design of these pages just isn't cohesive enough for me. I went back in and changed and embellished and tried to use more repeating themes until I finally had to call it finished and move on. That's the point. Finished. On a whim, on Saturday, we checked a few things off our Athens Bucket list by having lunch at a popular restaurant we hadn't eaten at yet and visited the Tree That Owns Itself (real thing, read about it here). We also went to a local kids arts and craft store called the Tree House. I drooled a little I think...I probably should have left out the postcard project photo and kept the page dedicated to that day, but I wanted the weeks events in there so I kept it.Two of the most fun nights on this side. The left side is the Imagine Dragons concert and the right is a fun night out dancing and laughing with our small group downtown. I used repeating colors, wood veneers and thickers to make titles to make things a little more coherent.Project Lifers, do you ever have a week like this, where you feel like nothing matches and it's just too busy?
