Project Life Weeks 10 & 11
Weeks 10&11 are making magic happen. When I struggle, I remember: simplicity is key. Last week there was just too much happening on my pages. So, I thought about what I love about Project Life and looked back at Elise's pages (which are always my go to original inspiration) and it clicked. Big pictures, pretty cards. That's what Ive been focusing on for these past few weeks. And this project has turned itself back into magic for me.As I predicted, this week was crazy short on photos, especially good photos. So I went with it and gave my cards a chance to shine. We received the sweetest and most thoughtful gift from Terrell's BBF and his wife, so I tucked the note onto a card since it was too big to serve as a card itself. Other than that this week is plain, simple and coordinated. Just the way I like it.And then week 11 is somehow more perfect. I used the same formula : photos + cards + simple embellishments. Lots of spring photos lately and they are just the best! I've been living in my Toms lately, so I included the sticker I had hoarded. It feels good to get stuff in there without being so worried about time frames and imperfections.Products used: Caylee Grey weekly cards.
