Selling my art has been 'the dream' for so long, but the problem was I didn't know what 'my art' was for so long. Thanks to art journaling, I started painting. From there I learned I am completely in love with watercolors, abstracts, mark making and color. Fast forward a few years and I am sitting in my office with stacks and stacks and stacks of watercolor paintings sitting around me. I look around and realize I have found my art. As I have been taking my art and business more and more seriously, I decided it was time to be brave and take the leap. It was time to start selling my paintings. I decided on a very limited run of postcards because they are small, simple and an inexpensive way for you and I to test each other out, but more importantly they represent the goals of my business: to help you infuse ease, joy and thoughtfulness into your life. These brightly painted cards, that are meant to be sent around the world to tell someone you care, do just that. I love being able to give the gift of handmade + thoughtfulness all at once. And a hand written, hand painted postcard does that exactly.To choose these designs I looked around at all my work and pulled out my absolute favorite patterns and color stories and began creating series. It resulted in some of my all time favorite cards and those are listed in my shop for you. Each card is an original piece of art, meaning you have the only one.
