13 Best moments of 2013
2013 was a crazy awesome year. We truly feel like we have a home here in Athens after 3 years of living in this great city. We have a routine. We are regulars. People recognize us when we're out. We have started and finished multiple huge chapters of our life in 2013. We have grown and changed and learned new things. We loved 2013. Every minute of it. So, in no particular order, here are 13 of our favorite moments from the past year.
1. No Spend January. We paid off a ton of debt and saved a ton of money.
2. We met Young House Love and the Bowers
3. Everything about our Anniversary cruise to Mexico. Mostly going on a scooter tour.
4. Spending Friendsgiving in NYC with our friends who moved away who we miss so much!
5. Nica. Our hearts explode.
6. Our small group retreat was only the tip of the fantasticness of our adult small group.
7. My first backpacking trip. I almost died.
8. We added a new aunt to my family and this is how my family reacted.
9. Charleston has my heart.
10. My sister turned 18, graduated high school, started college, became a CNA and became my friend.
11. Terrell passed his comps, orals, GACE, finished all of his doctoral classes and created this sweet professional website.
12. I started my new job and fell in love with it.
13. Every day of exploring, camping, hiking, walking, adventuring.
Thanks 2013. Bring it on 2014. Bring it.
