Those dang tree lookers
Yep, were officially those dang tree lookers. Terrell is from the moutains of Georgia and apparently as a resident of the beautiful fall tree gazing destinations you acquire a disdain for those people who drive into town to drive really slow, stop, gaze, take pictures, drive slow some more and take more pictures. Welp, that's us! We went back to Terrell's hometown this weekend, Blairsville, for family day at his granny's church (just know there was general cuteness all around) and of course it was in perfect time for taking a gander at all the pretty fall leaves changing colors. Take a gander with us!
We stopped at the top of Blood Mountain, Nacoochee Gap. It is one of the Appalachian Trail hiking centers, so there is a beautiful overlook and a super cool hippie shop for the hikers.
I love this tree! It is so giant and all the hikers will throw their old hiking shoes over the branches and write how many miles they walked in them. There are a TON of shoes! That is a LOT of miles!
Where are you going to see beautiful fall colors?
